This is stupid/boring.

So I was just watching Sisterhood of the traveling pants 2. It was god awful. But I watched it anyway because it was better than nothing. I recognized the coffee shop that they were sitting in. It was filmed about 7 minutes from my (moms) house. I watched for it in the credits, and it was actually the place I thought it was. Crazy. But then again, not terribly surprising. The End.

I want to go to the city today, and tomorrow to see Tracy. Unfortunately I'm not the only one who wants to visit her, so it might not happen. If it could just be the 30th already, that'd be great. I kinda want to drive to Troy..

I AM SO TIRED!

There is a hawk on the curtain rod.

This hawk killed our chicken in the basement. Flew upstairs. And eventually flew out of the house. Later, the hair spray residue left on my moms pants caught on fire and her pants lit up.

Why are things so abnormally ridiculous here?

 I need to get away from dec 26-30, can't do 4 days here.

what's with all these bad dreams?

I think I failed one of my finals, and I think that may mean I fail the class, which might mean I fail grad school...

You guys wouldn't be disappointed in me, right?

A lot of mental beatup going on in my head, thus the dreams.

I'm having instant grits for dinner. That says a lot about how my life has changed in the last 6 months.

I am very much in my comfort zone. I made cookies. I did the dishes, the laundry. New York seems distant to me now - yet still feels like home. Excited and overwhelmed to return. Not wanting to upset the balance I have here. It's balanced just right.

I wish my etsy shop would take off, but that's not realistic. If only I could just photograph for a living. Should have stuck with my gut as a kid.

My house is cozy. Cozy music. Cozy blankets. Yummy cookies.

For better or worse, my thesis has been presented and turned in.
That means this semester is officially over.
Also, I just finished a celebration beer and realized all I have ingested today is a bowl of yogurt and a cup of coffee.
Oh, yea, I haven't started packing yet either.
